NBS help & contact
A clearer next step.
Help with listening, watching, and finding your way around NBS.
The radio will not start
Press Listen once, check your device volume, and wait for the connection. If the stream fails, use Try again or choose another station. Some school and work networks block streaming audio. Playback never starts automatically.
A Rewind video is unavailable
Rewind links open the original video on YouTube. The owner may remove a video, limit playback, or change its availability. NBS cannot override those settings.
NBS staff workspace
The existing NBS staff tools remain on Base44. Use your authorised NBS staff account there. This website does not collect staff passwords or grant new permissions.

Website privacy & controls
This website has no visitor account database, advertising tracker, or newsletter form. Language, theme, and volume are saved as local preferences. Hosting providers receive normal request information. News feeds are fetched by our server.
Playing a station connects to Typical Media’s streaming service. Rewind thumbnails may connect to YouTube, and videos open there separately. External sites have their own privacy policies.
